02Home lessons
An adult should be present at home during a home lesson for a minor, and tutors may not seek direct contact with a student outside the official channel.
03Reporting
Report improper behaviour from the booking page or on WhatsApp. Reports are handled immediately and accounts are suspended when a violation is established.
04What the platform does not do
The platform does not run criminal background checks and does not claim to. What it does is document verification, review and complaint follow-up, and fast suspension.
